In our testing the highlights were clear: 2K video recorded locally to the included 256GB card; zero subscription — every feature works out of the box; poE wiring means no batteries and rock-solid connection; RTSP/ONVIF support plays nice with NVRs and Home Assistant.
It is not perfect — poE run is a harder install than battery doorbells; no cloud backup if the unit itself is stolen. For most buyers in this category those trade-offs are easy to live with, but weigh them against your setup before you click buy.
